INEOS Enterprises - General Recruitment INEOS Enterprises occasionally has vacancies for non-graduate roles within a variety of disciplines including sales, logistics, manufacturing, finance, purchasing and human resources. For the majority of roles the minimum education requirements are 5 good GCSE passes (A - C) and two A level passes (A - C). These are in addition to any specific job related requirements.
